A BOQ is the document built from those quantities — item descriptions, units, rates and amounts, organised trade by trade for pricing or tendering. We deliver both: the measurement sheets are the takeoff, and the BOQ is priced from them.

Yes. Send DWG files directly, or PDFs exported from AutoCAD — both work. DWG gives exact dimensions; scanned or photographed PDFs work too, but we will flag any dimension we had to scale and list it as an assumption in the deliverable.

IS 1200, the Indian Standard method of measurement — including its deduction rules for openings, which is where most quick estimates go wrong. If your project needs another basis, tell us when you send the drawings and we will confirm whether we can work to it before starting.

Yes — the service works entirely from drawings, so we take projects from anywhere in India, and outside India on request. For the cities listed below we have local pages with the state schedule of rates we price against and current material prices.

A service. You do not learn or install a tool — you send drawings and receive a checked BOQ. That is different from online BOQ generators, which multiply area by a rate or draft line items without measuring your drawing.

Architectural plans plus structural drawings give the best result. GFC (Good For Construction) sets are ideal, but tender or concept drawings also work — we state the assumptions we make in the deliverable. PDF and DWG formats are both accepted.

Your choice. We can price the BOQ using CPWD/state DSR-style rates for tender and government work, current market rates for private work, or deliver quantities-only so your team applies its own rates.
