Send one drawing. Get a measured BOQ back in 48 hours.
AI-prepared, engineer-verified quantity takeoff and BOQ in Indian formats — IS 1200 measurement, DSR or market rates, GST-ready. Your first project is free.
No sales call. No ₹/sqft guesswork. Just your drawing, measured.
How it works
From drawing to delivered BOQ in four steps — most first projects complete within 48 hours of drawing confirmation.
1. Send your drawings
Attach PDF or DWG files below, or paste a Google Drive link for larger sets. Architectural and structural drawings both work — GFC sets give the most accurate result.
2. We confirm on WhatsApp
Within working hours we confirm scope, drawing completeness, and your preferred rate basis (DSR or market rates) before starting. No surprises.
3. AI measures, engineers verify
Our AI pipeline performs the quantity takeoff from your drawings following IS 1200 measurement conventions, and an engineer reviews every sheet before it goes out.
4. BOQ in your inbox within 48 hours
You receive the complete package by email and WhatsApp — no meetings, no sales calls required.
What you receive
- Item-wise BOQ in Excel — earthwork to finishes, with units, quantities, and rates
- L×B×D measurement sheets, so every quantity is traceable to the drawing
- Abstract of cost with section-wise subtotals and GST
- Cement, steel, and key material consumption summary
- Both DSR-style and market-rate versions on request
Why not a calculator or a manual service?
₹/sqft thumb-rule calculators guess from built-up area
Quantities measured from your actual drawing, not an average
Manual BOQ services charge ₹10,000+ and take days
Your first project is free, delivered within 48 hours
Generic AI tools invent rates and skip measurement sheets
Every line is backed by a measurement sheet an engineer has checked

Who uses this
Anyone who needs real quantities from a drawing — without hiring a full-time quantity surveyor.
Contractors bidding for work
Quote from measured quantities instead of lump-sum guesses. Use the DSR-style version for government tenders and the market-rate version for private clients.
Builders & small developers
Verify your contractor's BOQ or your estimator's numbers with an independent, drawing-measured takeoff before you commit budgets.
Owners building a house
Know your real quantities before negotiating with contractors — cement bags, steel tonnage, and brickwork measured from your actual plan, not a ₹/sqft guess.
Architects & PMCs
Hand clients a tender-ready BOQ without holding up the design team. We work from your GFC set and return quantities your QS can review line by line.
Prepare your free BOQ
Share your drawings and contact details — we confirm on WhatsApp before any work begins. One free project per account.
Frequently asked questions
What drawings do I need to share?
Architectural plans plus structural drawings give the best result. GFC (Good For Construction) sets are ideal, but tender or concept drawings also work — we state the assumptions we make in the deliverable. PDF and DWG formats are both accepted.
Is the first BOQ really free?
Yes. Your first project is completely free — it is how we demonstrate the quality of the takeoff. Additional projects move to a paid plan, which we share transparently before you commit to anything.
How is this different from a cost calculator?
Online calculators multiply your built-up area by an assumed ₹/sqft rate. We measure quantities from your actual drawings following IS 1200 conventions, so the BOQ reflects your design — wall lengths, slab thicknesses, openings, and finishes — not a citywide average.
Can AI really prepare an accurate BOQ?
AI alone cannot — generic chatbots miscalculate quantities and invent rates. Our pipeline is different: AI performs the measurement work from the drawing, and a civil engineer reviews the measurement sheets and BOQ before delivery. You can verify every quantity against the L×B×D sheets we include.
Are my drawings kept confidential?
Yes. Drawings are used only to prepare your BOQ, are never shared with third parties, and we delete them on request. We are happy to sign an NDA for commercial projects.
Which rates do you use — DSR or market?
Your choice. We can price the BOQ using CPWD/state DSR-style rates for tender and government work, current market rates for private work, or deliver quantities-only so your team applies its own rates.
