BOQ for interior work
An interior BOQ is measured room by room: false ceiling and flooring by area, skirting and cornices by length, wardrobes and kitchens by shutter area or running length, and fittings by number. We measure from your layouts and elevations and list the specification gaps, so every vendor quotes against the same quantities.

PDF or CAD (DWG) both work. If something is missing, we tell you what it changes and state the assumption in the BOQ instead of guessing silently.

What usually goes wrong in a interior work estimate
- Quantities taken from concept renders. Renders and mood boards show design intent and often disagree with the plan; quantities come from dimensioned drawings, and the gaps go on a list.
- Wardrobe and kitchen areas measured differently by different vendors (shutter area, carcass area or running length). The BOQ fixes one basis.
- Brand and grade left open. Plywood, laminate and hardware grades change the rate, not the quantity, so specify them before comparing quotes.
- Site dimensions differ from the drawings on renovation jobs; check before ordering.

Can you prepare an interior BOQ from 3D renders only?
We can make a first estimate from renders, but quantities need dimensioned plans and elevations. Where only renders exist, we state the assumed sizes on the BOQ and firm them up when drawings arrive.
Do you price the interior BOQ?
We can price it at market rates for your city, in grades such as standard and premium, or leave rates blank for vendors to fill.
