How it works

  1. 1

Send the work order and drawings

On WhatsApp: the work order or agreement BOQ, the GFC drawings, and a past RA bill if your client has a format.

  2. 2

We set up the BOQ and BBS

We measure the project's BOQ and BBS from the drawings once. This setup is priced on our BOQ card.

  3. 3

    Your site sends daily updates

Add us to the site WhatsApp group. We enter your supervisor's updates, measurements and photos into the measurement book.

  4. 4

    RA bill by the 5th

Each month's RA bill, BBS and steel reconciliation reach you by the 5th of the next month, once that month's site updates are in.

Cheaper than a billing engineer

A billing engineer with a few years' experience is paid about ₹40,000–60,000 a month in Indian job ads, before PF, gratuity, a laptop and estimating software, and the site waits while you recruit. The billing desk starts at ₹7,500 a month per site, and your site engineer stays on the site instead of on the bill.

Frequently asked questions

Which bill formats do you follow?

PWD and CPWD formats, and private work-order formats. Send a bill your client has accepted before and we follow its layout and item numbering.

Who measures the work?

We do, from the measurements, updates and photos your supervisor posts in the site WhatsApp group, checked against the drawings. We don't visit site, so anything we can't confirm from the drawings or the updates, we ask about before billing it. A civil engineer checks every bill before it goes out.

What if the drawings change?

We re-measure the changed parts and quote that work separately before we start. Each bill lists extra items and deviations with their drawing references, so your client can trace them.

What does the monthly plan not cover?

Each plan covers one RA bill a month. Re-measuring after new drawings, extra RA bills and 3D models are quoted separately. One plan covers one site, or two sites on the middle plan.

How much does it cost?

₹7,500 a month for work up to ₹5 Cr; ₹15,000 a month for ₹5–25 Cr, or 2 sites; ₹25,000 a month for above ₹25 Cr. Setup: your project's BOQ and BBS, priced on our BOQ card, with your first project 50% off (up to ₹5,000).

Do I need any software?

No. You get Excel files with live formulas, so your engineer or your client can check any quantity back to its measurement.
