Authorized users are responsible for maintaining account credentials, using role-based access appropriately, and ensuring data entered into the platform is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Organizations should review user permissions periodically and remove inactive access when teams change.

You may use exported reports and attachments for internal operations, compliance, and client coordination, subject to your commercial agreement. Any integration with third party systems should follow your organization’s data security and procurement policies.
