For architects and interior designers
For architects and interior designers: answer the quantity question for your clients
Your client asks what the design will need and what to tender. Send the drawings and get a BOQ in your format, so you keep designing while the quantities get done.
Your problem, and what fixes it
The client wants a BOQ to tender the work

Frequently asked questions
Can the BOQ go out under our practice's name?
Yes. Send your format or a past BOQ and we follow it; the files can carry your letterhead.
Do you need final drawings?
Readable drawings with dimensions and levels are enough to start. Items that are not yet decided are listed as assumptions for you to confirm.
Can you measure interiors only?
Yes. Interior BOQs are measured from your interior drawings and specification, separately from the civil work.

How Teams Roll Out SiteSetu
Most teams start with a simple rollout: define WBS tasks, set up material masters, and give each role a focused daily workflow. Contractors usually start with tasks and indents, store teams start with GRN and issue records, and project controls teams align schedules with location-based progress updates.
Once this baseline is in place, teams connect drawings, quality checklists, and expense logs so management can review status without chasing files on multiple tools. This approach keeps adoption high because each role sees immediate value without waiting for a full enterprise rollout.
