BOQ preparation from drawings is priced per project, separately from the app plans. Indicative prices: simple house from ₹2,500 (estimate from floor plans); luxury home or villa from ₹10,000 (material-wise BOQ from floor plans, section and elevations); high-rise ₹25,000 (structure) or ₹50,000 (full BOQ); infra and bridges quoted at ₹25,000–₹1,00,000. Final quote after we see your drawings. Most BOQs arrive in hours, 48 hours at most depending on complexity and scope, and before you order you see a sample from a similar real job. Your first project is 50% off, up to ₹5,000. You do not need an app plan to use it.

For builders and owners, the tier is based on the estimated construction value of the project. For contractors and everyone else, it is based on your contract value for that project: up to ₹10 Cr on Small, up to ₹100 Cr on Mid, and quote-based above that.
Prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added at the applicable rate on the invoice.
Yes. Many teams start with a single project pilot and expand once workflows are set. Pricing is per project, so starting small is the default, not a workaround.

Contract programmes are a separate service from the software plans, priced by contract value: a contract programme starts at ₹4,999 for building works up to ₹5 crore in MS Project and ₹7,999 for roads, bridges and rail in Primavera P6, rising with contract value to ₹34,999 and ₹49,999 for works up to ₹300 crore; a bar chart for your bid is ₹2,999 and is credited if you win; monthly updates start at ₹2,999, with the first month free.
