What we do not do
- We measure from drawings, not from site. For an RA bill, the quantity of work actually done still comes from your site records and measurement book; our sheets give the full drawing quantity to bill against.
- Your bid is your decision. DSR, SOR or market rates are a pricing basis; the percentage above or below, overheads and margin are yours to set.
- The BOQ is only as complete as the drawing set. Missing details are listed as assumptions, and we update the quantities when you send them.

Can you prepare a BOQ for a government tender on DSR or SOR?
Yes. We price the measured quantities on CPWD DSR or your state's schedule of rates. Tell us which schedule and year the tender uses when you send the drawings.
Do you give measurement sheets I can use for RA bills?
Yes. Every BOQ comes with L×B×D measurement sheets following IS 1200, floor by floor and member by member, each line traced to a drawing. For each RA bill you take the work done from site, and the sheets give you the drawing quantity to check it against.
Do you prepare a bar bending schedule?
Yes, from the structural drawings: bar marks, shapes, cut lengths, number of bars and weight by diameter, with a steel abstract by member and floor. It is part of every structure BOQ.
Can you calculate shuttering area for billing?
Yes. We measure formwork contact area member by member, or the billable area to your own subcontract rules, such as multipliers for tall storeys and how shafts and projections count.
How fast can I get a BOQ for a tender deadline?
The BOQ is delivered under 48 hours, depending on project complexity and scope, counted from when the drawings and scope are confirmed. Tell us the tender closing date on WhatsApp before you send the set.
