It is a mixed-use commercial development. Of its 1,033 units, 376 are retail shops, 189 are offices/restaurant/banquet spaces, and 468 are serviced studio apartments. The studios are commercial serviced-apartment inventory on the upper floors, not standalone residential housing.

The project offers retail shops on lower floors, office spaces on the 5th to 8th floors, a 3rd-floor restaurant/F&B zone, and serviced studio apartments on the upper floors. Studios range from about 612 to 1,122 sq ft.

Studio apartments start at approximately Rs 65 lakh. Retail and office pricing is on request from the developer. Nirala World reported selling around 400 studios for roughly Rs 275 crore during its soft launch.
