Geras World of Joy M is a phase of the Gera Developments Private Limited township at Upper Kharadi (Wagholi), eastern Pune. Location & Connectivity

The site is located at Upper Kharadi, Wagholi, pin code 412207, on the Kharadi–Wagholi boundary in eastern Pune. The southern boundary of the campus faces a proposed 24-metre wide road and GAT No. 1284 beyond, and the project is designed to integrate with the larger Geras World of Joy master-planned township phases. Upper Kharadi is emerging as a premium extension of Kharadi's IT corridor, with the EON Free Zone, World Trade Centre Pune, and Nagar Road all in proximity. Schools, hospitals, and retail hubs in Kharadi and Viman Nagar serve this area.

The promoter is Gera Developments Private Limited, part of the Gera Group with significant residential development activity in Pune and Kochi.
