PS Srijan The Address does not appear in either the WBRERA or HIRA citywide project listings on rera.wb.gov.in. Possession was handed over in December 2017, and the project predates the period in which completed West Bengal developments were routinely registered with RERA. Some third-party portals cite 'WBRERA/P/NOR/2026/004195' but that number could not be verified on the official portal and should not be relied upon. Buyers in the resale market should request the completion certificate and deed directly from the seller.
