The RERA registration number for Srijan Optima Phase 1 is WBRERA/P/NOR/2024/002162, registered with the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority (WBRERA) on 18 November 2024. The RERA project ID on the WBRERA portal is WBRERA/NPR-003009.

Srijan Optima Phase 1 offers six unit types based on the official Area Statement submitted to WBRERA: 2 BHK+2T (carpet 554-568 sq.ft.), 2.5 BHK+2T (carpet 620-683 sq.ft.), 3 BHK+2T (carpet 712-860 sq.ft.), 3 BHK+3T (carpet 804-946 sq.ft.), and premium duplex units on Tower A's 18th floor in 4 BHK+2T (carpet ~1,190 sq.ft.) and 4.5 BHK+2T (carpet ~1,298 sq.ft.).

Prices in Q3 2025 ranged from approximately Rs 6,500 to Rs 6,750 per sq.ft., reflecting a 3.85% rise over the prior quarter. 2 BHK units start from around Rs 61-67 lakh; 3 BHK units start from approximately Rs 85 lakh; and premium 4-4.5 BHK duplex units can reach Rs 1.5 crore and above. The developer's publicised possession target is November 2029. The official RERA registration lists December 2034 as the outer completion deadline. As of registration in November 2024, the WBRERA portal showed construction status as 'Not Started'. Buyers should monitor quarterly progress reports (QPRs) on the WBRERA portal for construction updates.

Srijan Optima Phase 1 has 622 total car parking spaces: 596 covered parking and 26 mechanical parking spots, with zero open parking. This exceeds the 603 apartment count, providing more than one parking space per unit on average.

Srijan Optima is developed by Srijan Residency LLP, the SPV for Phase 1, under the Srijan Realty brand.
