The UP-RERA portal listing metadata anomalously shows 'Agra/Malihabad' but all primary documents - the LDA building permit 41379, six sanctioned drawing sheets, sale-deed registry number 11858 dated 01-08-2016 and the project address on the allotment letter - confirm the Lucknow Gomti Nagar Extension location. Malihabad is a tehsil near Lucknow; this is a portal taxonomy mismatch, not a project location error.
