Kumar City Township is developed by Kumar Properties. Kumar Properties is a recognized real estate developer with projects in Pune and other major Indian cities.

The township is registered on MahaRERA as two separate filings under the project name Magnacity: P52100052096 for Tower A3 (registered 24 July 2023, proposed completion 31 May 2028) and P52100054476 for Tower A2 (registered 25 January 2024, proposed completion 2 December 2028). The promoter on record is Malnad Project (I) Pvt Ltd.

The project is at Manjri Budruk, on the Hadapsar Link Road / Solapur-Pune Highway, near Jogeshwari Misal, Pune 412307 (Haveli taluka, Pune district, Maharashtra). It is close to Magarpatta and Kharadi IT hubs, with Pune International Airport around 12-14 km away.

Two configurations are offered: 2 BHK apartments with carpet areas of approximately 710-757 sq ft, and 3 BHK apartments with carpet areas of approximately 1,006-1,053 sq ft. Towers are G+30 high-rise blocks.

As per public aggregator listings, 2 BHK units start around Rs 63.9 lakh and 3 BHK units go up to approximately Rs 1.08 crore, roughly Rs 8,650-10,200 per sq ft carpet. Final pricing varies by floor, facing and phase, and buyers should confirm with the developer.

Two towers are currently MahaRERA-registered: Tower A2 with 960 apartments across eight wings (A-H), and Tower A3 with 480 apartments across four wings, for a combined 1,440 units. Marketing material references a larger 140-150 acre township plan, but only these two towers are on RERA record today.

MahaRERA proposed completion dates are 31 May 2028 for Tower A3 and 2 December 2028 for Tower A2. As of the FY 2023-24 Form 5, Tower A3 wings were 45-47.5% complete while Tower A2 wings were at 0%.

The project advertises 35+ amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gymnasium, tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, futsal court, yoga zone, multipurpose hall, party lawn, children's play area, landscaped gardens, jogging track, amphitheatre, food court, CCTV surveillance, 24/7 gated security, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant.

MahaRERA records list the promoter as Malnad Project (I) Pvt Ltd, a CREDAI Maharashtra member. The project is marketed under the Kumar Properties brand. Kumar Properties' own corporate website (kumarworld.com) does not list this project among its active developments, so buyers are encouraged to verify the corporate relationship and brand-licensing arrangement directly with the developer.
