Project Overview

Kumar Prospera — A1 and A2 is a Residential / Group Housing project developed by Kumar Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. and Kumar Company (now Kumar Construction and Properties Pvt. Ltd.) as a joint venture, in the Magarpatta locality of Hadapsar, Pune. The project is registered with MahaRERA under registration number P52100014951. The development comprises two 21-floor residential towers — A1 and A2 — plus a dedicated 2-floor clubhouse, on a land area of approximately 2.023 acres (8,188.69 sq m) at Survey Nos. 238P, 239P, 240P, and 241P, Hadapsar–Mundhwa Road, Hadapsar village, Haveli taluka, Pune 411028. The total sanctioned built-up area is 14,278.26 sq m with 818.86 sq m of recreational open space. The RERA completion date was 9 February 2023.

Unit counts per tower are not individually recorded in the RERA filing. Specific configurations and carpet areas should be confirmed with the developer.

Location & Connectivity

The project is located on the Hadapsar–Mundhwa Road, adjacent to the Magarpatta City master-planned township — one of Pune's landmark IT and residential destinations. Magarpatta City IT Park, Seasons Mall, and the commercial hub are within walking distance or a short drive. Hadapsar main road, Pune–Solapur highway, and the Ring Road are all accessible.

Mundhwa and Kharadi are within 5–8 km, making this a strategically placed location for IT and corporate professionals. Pune International Airport is approximately 12–14 km. Pincode 411028 covers Hadapsar.
